YOUnique FITNESS is a private exclusive fitness studio located at 16 Queen St. East, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.

 

YOUnique FITNESS is 3000 square feet in size.  2500 square feet is dedicated to training floor space. Just for YOU.

 

This 2500 square feet has a compliment of equipment ranging from cardio equipment (treadmill, elliptical, stairclimber, Concept 2 rower, stationary bikes),  plyometric training equipment, weight resistance machines, dumbbells, barbells and specialized equipment designed especially for YOUnique FITNESS.

 

There is a 500 sq. ft. area that encompasses:

• a juice bar

• change room

• and private showers. The shower area inclusive of towels, soaps, shampoos, conditioners etc. for your personal use at your option.

 

There are two entrances to YOUnique FITNESS. A Queen St. entrance and a rear entrance with private parking spaces. Parking meter rates for the Queen St. entrance apply between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday free.  Holidays free.

 

Hours of operation are Monday to Sunday 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Seasonal changes apply to these hours.

 

All private scheduled training sessions are 75 minutes in length and by appointment only and are scheduled to meet your lifestyle needs. 

 

YOUnique FITNESS has been in operation at 16 Queen St. E. now for 15 years under the guidance of Ben Cinelli.  Satisfying clients of all ages in meeting their health and fitness goals.
